Terms of Service
General Use of Services
By accessing World Elite K9 services, programs, or materials, you agree to use them responsibly and for personal training purposes only. All training content, methods, and materials are the intellectual property of World Elite K9 and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed.
Effective training requires consistency and communication. While we provide professional guidance, your dog’s progress depends heavily on your participation and follow‑through. World Elite K9 reserves the right to modify or discontinue services if policies are not followed or if safety concerns arise.
Training & Expectations
Effective dog training requires consistency. Owners are expected to follow through with homework and prescribed routines. While we provide expert methodology, results depend heavily on the handler’s commitment.
Safety & Responsibility
Owners maintain full responsibility for their dog’s actions. Safety rules, including leash requirements and behavior disclosure, must be strictly followed during sessions to ensure a secure environment for all.
Packages & Sessions
Training packages are structured to provide cumulative progress. Sessions must be used within the specified timeframe. We do not guarantee specific behavioral results as every dog and handler dynamic is unique.
Scheduling & Refunds
We value your time and the commitment to your dog's progress. To ensure fair operation for all clients, the following rules apply:
- Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice to avoid session forfeiture.
- Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and will be charged in full.
- Deposits for training packages are non-refundable.
- Refund requests are handled case-by-case; credits may be issued at our discretion.
